Job Description

  • Perform receptionist duties including greeting clients and visitors in a professional manner
  • Conduct administrative duties such as office administration, mail/ phone call handling, conference room bookings
  • Support on various events related to training or seminar
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirement

  • Form 5 or above
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)
  • Energetic, diligent and presentable with cheerful personality
  • Sense of responsibilities and pro-active
  • Hong Kong residents
